Orientation Counts Dashboard

Summary

The Dashboard displays Orientation Data for different Semesters, based on Enrollment Day. It provides a clear snapshot of admitted students' progress in the enrollment and orientation process.

Detailed Description

The "Orientation Dashboard" provides a detailed overview of the registration, attendance, and participation rates for various student orientation programs

The dashboard displays the following columns for Different Event_Types:

  • Total headcount for the event, Count of students who indicated they will attend, 
  • Count of students who actually attended, Count of students who canceled
  • Count of students with U01/U02 advising holds
  • Count of students with O12 (Orientation Launchpad) hold
  • Count of students with R17 (TSI) hold
  • Number of students flagged as enrollment-ready
  • Number of students who completed Step 1
  • Number of students who completed Step 2
  • Students who didn’t complete Step 2 but were advised (not enrolled)
  • Number of students who completed Step 3
  • Number of students who did not complete Step 3

  • Orientation Dashboard is based on the following inputs:
    • STRM - Term code
    • SEMESTER_Year  - Semester and year (e.g., Fall 2025)
    • EVENT_TYPE - Type of orientation event (FSO, ISO, TSO)
    • CAMPUS_EVENT_NBR - Unique ID for the campus event
    • EVENT_MTG - Meeting number associated with the campus event
    • DAYOFENRL  - Number of days relative to enrollment
    • COLLEGE  - College name (e.g., HSH, SOE)
