Summary
The Strategic Enrollment Management Funnel Report provides a daily view of the enrollment process for the last five years, from application through enrollment. Daily counts are compared to the same "day of enrollment" from the previous year's term.
Detailed Description
The Executive Summary tab shows the percentage and rate of change for each phase of the enrollment process. Actual counts and comparisons are available by Academic Level/College and Academic Level/Major.
Every term for the last five years is presented. The data for a new term will be available when the processing of the admission for that term begins (206 days before the first day of enrollment as entered in PeopleSoft). Data is collected until the last day of the month following the final Census date for any session in that term (approximately 150 days in Spring, 120 days in Summer, and 212 days in Fall).
To relate to the terminology used in the SEM office, days before the first day of enrollment are shown as negative day numbers ("days before enrollment"), while positive day numbers are "days of enrollment". There is no "day 0"; the choices jump from the last day before enrollment to the first day of enrollment (-1 to 1).
