How to Ask a Question in this System

First, you must be logged in as a user, using your UHCL login information, to ask questions or provide feedback on existing questions.

Once logged in, a "New Question" button should appear.  Select this option, choose a Category (or leave it blank for a general question), then enter a Title that briefly describes your question.  You may then express your question in more detail, using Word-like formatting like bold, italics, or underlining.

You may include pictures (either on an existing website or uploaded to this server) and URL links if needed.  Other attachments can be uploaded using the Attachment(s) feature at the bottom of the form.

If not already selected, fill in the Asked By field so the system can keep you informed of the status of your question.

Once ready, click the Save button.  Your question will be sent to the team for assignment.  We ask for 7-10 business days to reply in case the question requires research.
