This documentation provides instructions on how to run the data interface process for PNC (Point and Click) UHCL.

FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW (PLEASE NOTE THAT THE REQUIRED SECURITY ROLE FOR THIS PROCESS IN PEOPLESOFT CAMPUS SOLUTIONS IS UHCSC_CC_PNC_INTFC_PROC)

Step Description
1. Login to PeopleSoft Campus Solutions.
2. Follow the navigation by clicking on the navigation button.
3. Menu > Campus Community > UHS CC Custom > UHS Interfaces > UHCL PNC Feed
4. If this is your first time running the process, click on the “Add a New Value” tab, enter a Run Control ID name of your choosing, and click on the “Add” button.

If this is NOT your first time running the process, click on the “Search” button and then select an existing Run Control ID by clicking on the name you have created previously.

5. Once you are on the Run Control page, click on the “Run” button.

6. On the Process Scheduler Request page, select “PSFTP8” in the “Server Name” field and then click on the “OK” button.

The process will start and you will be transferred back to the Run Control page.

Please note that as an alternative, you may use the “Recurrence” field if you would like to select for the process to run on a set schedule before clicking on the “OK”button.
7. Click on the Process Monitor link to monitor the progress of the process.

8. On the Process Monitor page, click on the “Refresh” button until the process “Run Status” is Success and the “Distribution Status” is Posted.
