QuickLaunch Overview

What

GoUHCL is a cloud-based Identity & Access Management (IAM) solution that will provide the following key services to UHCL Students, Faculty & Staff:

1. GoUHCL will enable One Portal to access UHCL -Wide Applications such as Blackboard, Zoom, Taleo, Microsoft 365 (M365) & Echo360.  Fully available for students, faculty, and staff at the time of launch, March 14th, 2022. 
2. *Fully Available at Launch for Students, Faculty & Staff
3. GoUHCL will enable One Portal to securely reset lost or forgotten passwords with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
   
   *Available at Launch for Faculty & Staff Only

Why

Provide students, faculty, and staff one place to go to access all university applications.  We launched with five of the most common applications.

When

GoUHCL Launched on March 14th, 2022

How

Upon launch, UHCL Students, Faculty & Staff will automatically be routed to GoUHCL when attempting to access the following systems:

• Blackboard\
• Zoom
• Taleo
• Microsoft 365 (M365)
• Echo360

After launch, the project team will regroup to develop a plan for additional applications and review that plan with UTAC.
