How to remove a Team from MS Team and Cleanup

1. Move all content out of Team.

  • Move files from Teams to PMO Team folder

  • Move any Wiki contents into a TDX KB article

  • Capture any Posts

2. Remove Team Members (optional)

3. Delete Team

 

Click ..., select Delete the team, Confirm

4. Cleanup SharePoint content

Did not need to cleanup up SharePoint after deleting in MS Teams.  Deleting in MS Teams seems to have removed the site in Sharepoint, 5/13/2022.
