- e-Prescribing
10/25/2021: e-Prescribing feature was enabled for Counseling Service office. This feature allows Counseling Service doctors to electronically send patient prescriptions to pharmacies for fulfillment. Patient data is sent via an UHS Information Secuirty and UHS Legal approved, secure third party, Change Healthcare.

Per UHS Information Secuirty, Jennifer Huenemeier:
For Application Owner:
- Account access must be routinely reviewed and kept up to date.
- Only the needed level of access should be granted.
For Functional Admin(s):
There are a few things to remember when provisioning and deprovisioning accounts:
- The university’s password policy still must be enforced.
- Always follow the ‘principle of least privilege’ when assigning permissions. This basically means do not give a more permission that needed to successfully perform their role.
- The Functinal Admin(s) will be the only person(s) to create accounts for the CADD Clinic.
- When someone leaves or no longer needs to have access, it is important that you deprovision their account in a timely manner.
- You should mark your calendar to review the accounts and access at least once a year to make sure everything is up to date and that nothing has fallen through the cracks. I also recommend keeping track of when you review the accounts & access.

For Grad Student access to the Titanium Share, they will require a "uhcl" domain account.
- The "uhcl" domain should be created as part of the POI process performed at the Psychological Clinic level (see steps 7-9 on the POI_Process_PSYC_Clinic.docx).
- Support Center will verify POI accounts were auto-generated.
- Once the domain accounts are generated for each Grad Student, the Psychological Clinic will then need to request that the students be granted access to the Titanium Share via OIT Support Center.
Titanium e-Prescribing
10/25/2021: Titanium e-Prescribing is a Titanium Schedule feature paid for and enabled by Counseling Services.
- Change Healthcare creates password protected accounts for each center and prescriber.
- The center credentials are entered into your encrypted Titanium database by the system administrator (i.e., center director or assistant director).
- The system administrator grants users permission to access and use the Change Healthcare portal, which associates the Titanium user account with the Change Healthcare user account.
ScriptX:
- The E-prescribing feature required 64-bit ScriptX to be install on users desktops.
